Established in 2009, The Fine Art Experience is an art advisory and private art forensic office specializing in secondary art market pieces.  Founded by Mona Tranter in 2009, TFAE serves a select group of acclaimed collectors around the world. TFAE is made up of experienced art professionals able to assist in every aspect of collecting offering the utmost in confidentiality and discretion for each client.

TFAE drawing on years of industry experience strategize’s in all aspects of building a fine art collection, from education and acquisition to installation and collections management.  TFAE prides itself on making the art world as transparent as possible for its clients, helping them navigate the intricate web of art relationships and platforms. TFAE works with artists, non-profits, and museums and participates in curatorial and special projects. 

TFAE principal, Mona Tranter, is committed to share her expertise, knowledge and help provide in-depth analysis to her clients, the media and art boards. Mona makes a point to speak regularly on panels and to engage in public discussions, covering a variety of art related topics.

TFAE assists in all aspects of building a fine art collection, meeting each client’s unique needs, objectively and with discretion and confidentiality.  TFAE is uniquely positioned to help collectors acquire significant works of art from the collectors niche market either established and or emerging artists. TFAE regularly attends and documents art schools, art fairs, and auctions, allowing us to provide our clientele with knowledge of current art market developments globally.

Collections Management
The life of an artwork is of the utmost importance in the longevity of each art piece and TFAE assists in all aspects of a collection’s current and future care. From archiving and documentation to shipping, insurance, storage, framing, installation, and conservation, TFAE will oversee all activities. 

TFAE also manages museum and other institutional loans, donations, or private resale/deaccessions. Additionally, TFAE is well versed in legal issues such as droit de suite, authentication, and estate planning.
